Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever for 1 admin and 1 member, with 1 GB of storage. No card needed. Upgrade whenever your team grows.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period to update payment. After that the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays safe and can still be viewed and exported.
How do I pay?
Monthly, through Razorpay — UPI AutoPay, cards or net banking. You can change plan or cancel any time from Billing.
Can I rename things to match my business?
Yes. Rename leads to “Enquiries”, deals to “Bookings” and so on, add your own fields and edit every pipeline stage.
Who can see which data?
Each workspace is completely separate. Admins see everything in their workspace; users see only the records they own.
