Techinnoverz Store

Free plan

The Free plan has no monthly fee. A fee of 5% is charged on each sale made through your store. You can stop using the Free plan at any time.

Pro plan

• The Pro plan costs ₹99 for the first month, then ₹999 per month, plus 3% per sale;
• You can cancel Pro at any time from your account or by contacting us;
• When you cancel, your Pro plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and then stops. You will not be charged again;
• We do not refund the fee for the current month or any part of it.

Your shoppers’ orders

Refunds and cancellations of orders placed on a merchant’s store are handled by that merchant under their own policy. Please contact the store you bought from.

Techinnoverz Verification API

• The Verification API and Panel work on a prepaid wallet;
• Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. Once credited, a top-up cannot be refunded, reversed or withdrawn, so please top up only what you plan to use;
• You are charged only for successful hits — when a record is found and returned. Failed calls, no-data responses and errors are never charged;
• If you believe a deduction is wrong, email us with the transaction details and we will review it. Any amount deducted in error is credited back to your wallet or refunded to the original payment source, as agreed with you after we discuss it.

Techinnoverz CRM is launching soon. Its pricing, cancellation and refund terms will be published at launch.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same payment, or money left your account but the payment failed, contact us with the payment details. Once confirmed, the extra or failed amount is refunded to the original payment method. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank and Razorpay.
