About Techinnoverz

Techinnoverz is a brand of POSTAVO, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. We provide business software for Indian businesses: an online store builder, a CRM and a verification API. Each product may have its own sign-up, plan and additional terms; if those conflict with these Terms, the product’s terms apply for that product.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date;
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account;
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or networks;
• Send malware, spam or harmful code;
• Scrape, harvest or misuse content or contact details without permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or business;
• Sell prohibited or illegal goods through Techinnoverz Store;
• Use the site or products in any way that could damage, disable or overload them.

Techinnoverz Store

• You are the seller on your store and are responsible for your products, prices, taxes (including GST), delivery, customer service and your own refund policy towards your shoppers;
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and are also subject to Razorpay’s terms;
• Plan fees and per-sale fees are set out on our pricing page; cancellations and refunds of our fees follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Techinnoverz Verification API

• You may run checks only for a lawful purpose and only where you have the individual’s or business’s consent or another legal basis. You are responsible for how you use the results;
• Results come from government systems (through API Setu) and third-party providers such as credit bureaus and banks. We pass on what those sources return and are not responsible for errors, delays or downtime at the source;
• Checks are paid from a prepaid wallet. Each check has its own rate and is charged only for a successful hit; failed calls, no-data responses and errors are not charged. If your balance is too low, further calls are blocked until you top up;
• Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy;
• We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of law or these Terms.

Techinnoverz CRM is launching soon. Its plans and any additional terms will be published at launch.

Your data

You own the data you put into our products. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the products to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our products — including text, graphics, logos, software and design — is owned by POSTAVO or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for normal use of the products.

Third-party services and links

Our website and products work with or link to third-party services such as Razorpay, API Setu, credit bureaus, WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for their terms, availability or practices; your use of them is subject to their own policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or products will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSTAVO and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold POSTAVO harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or products, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party rights.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using a product at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, or puts our systems or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as liability, indemnity and governing law) will continue.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website or the products is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the website or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and POSTAVO on their subject.
